3 cups rice (prepared)
1/2 an onion chopped
1 clove garlic chopped
slat and pepper
2 eggs
1 cup mixed veggies
cook egg in skillet then remove and take skillet back to stove
add oil and onions and garlic. Cook until tender, then add eggs again.
add rice and stir fry 5 mins
add veggies and fry another 5 mins.
Remove from heat and let stand (add soy sauce if desired)
Serve
